5 Palestinians, including a journalist, were arrested

Israeli occupation forces arrested five people in the West Bank, including a journalist, at dawn Monday.

According to local sources, the Israeli occupation forces arrested journalist Amer Tawfiq Abu Halil of Dora, southwest of Hebron.

Also arrested was Omar Majid Ashtiyeh from Salem village, east of Nablus.

In Bethlehem, the Israeli occupation forces arrested Bahaa Abu Yabes from Dheisheh refugee camp and Shabab Yousef Kawazba.

The released prisoner, Yazen Mohsen, was arrested from the town of Abu Dis, east of occupied Jerusalem.

The Israeli occupation forces raided several villas in the village of Kafr Zeibad, south of Tulkarem, without any arrests being reported.

The house of the prisoner, Omar Barghouthi, the father of the martyr Saleh Barghouthi, was also broken into the village of Kupper, northwest of Ramallah. While clashes erupted between young men and Israeli soldiers in the village of Qarawat Bani Zaid, northwest of Ramallah.
