10 prisoners continue their hunger strike

Ten prisoners in Israeli jails are continuing their hunger strike, including eight for refusing to arrest them, the club said Monday.

 

The prisoner, Ihsan Othman, 21, from the town of Beit Aour al-Tahta in Ramallah, and the prisoner Ja´far Izz al-Din, 48, from Jenin, started a hunger strike nine days ago.

The two brothers, Nour Eddin Shahrouri and Muhieddin Shahrouri, from Nablus, continue their hunger strike in protest at the conditions of their detention at the Petah Tiqwa interrogation center. Noor Eddin has been beaten for nine days and his brother Muhi has been in custody for two days.

In addition to four other prisoners, Ghandafar Musa Abu Atwan, aged 26, and his brother,, Abdul Aziz Waleed Sweiti (30 years old), Cousa Khaled Namoura (27 years old), and Wael Ayed Rabie (30 years).
