Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded 4 deaths, in addition to 416 new cases of Coronavirus, with 631 recoveries, after examining 3488 in the last 24 hours in the West Bank and Gaza.
Health said that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 85.6%, while the rate of active infections reached 13.6%, and the death rate was 0.8% of all infections.
She indicated that 3 deaths were recorded in the West Bank governorates (two citizens 66 and 73 years old from Tulkarm, and a 51-year-old citizen from Kharas in the Hebron governorate), in addition to one death in the Gaza Strip (a 50-year-old citizen).
With regard to recovery cases, 354 cases were recorded in the West Bank governorates (86 Hebron, 95 Nablus, 21 Jenin, 39 Tulkarem, 182 Qalqilya, 23 Salfit, 2 Tawabas, the suburbs of Jerusalem 70), in addition to 113 cases of recovery in the Gaza Strip.
She added that the new casualties were distributed according to the following: Hebron Governorate (73), Nablus Governorate (47), Bethlehem Governorate (44), Qalqilya Governorate (12), Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate (36), Jenin (37), Jericho and Al-Aghwar (17) ), Salfit (7), Tulkarm (79), Gaza Strip (51), Jerusalem suburbs (12), Tubas (1).
The Minister of Health indicated that there are 45 patients in intensive care rooms, including 10 patients on artificial respirators.
