Today, Wednesday, Minister of Health Mai Al-Kailah announced that 31 deaths, 2,110 new injuries and 1,823 recoveries had been recorded during the last 24 hours.
She explained that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine amounted to 81.9%, while the rate of active infections reached 17.2%, and the death rate was 0.9% of all infections.
And 16 deaths were recorded in the West Bank, "Nablus 1, Qalqilya 1, Bethlehem 1, Jenin 3, Tulkarm 1, and Hebron 9", and in the Gaza Strip 12 deaths, and 3 deaths in Jerusalem, according to the minister.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: “Nablus (163), Qalqilya (31), the suburbs of Jerusalem (88), Salfit (33), Tubas (20), Bethlehem (85), Jenin (139), Tulkarm ( 81), Jericho (18), Hebron (156), Ramallah (189), Gaza Strip (867), and in Jerusalem (240) cases.
She added that the new recovery cases were divided according to the following: Nablus (105), Qalqilya (49), Tubas (37), Salfit (37), Jenin (128), Tulkarm (114), Jericho (17), Hebron (240), Ramallah (280), Gaza Strip (580), Jerusalem (236).
The Minister of Health indicated that 119 patients are in the intensive care rooms, including 29 patients on artificial respirators.
