A number of citizens were injured by live bullets and suffocation as a result of the Israeli occupation attack on participants in the 16th Naval movement at the maritime border north-west of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Ministry of Health announced in a brief statement that 25 citizens were injured by Israeli occupation forces in the northern Gaza Strip.
In a related context, Al-Aqsa local channel reported that a young journalist Rashid Rashid, an agency photographer, was shot in the foot by the occupation.
Some 30 boats, including a large boat, were involved in the movement, in addition to hundreds of supporting citizens near the maritime border north-west of Beit Lahiya.
Yesterday, the National Commission for return marches and blockades called for participation in the 16th maritime movement, on the shore of the northern Gaza Strip.
At a press conference in the Gaza seaport, the authority said that the 16th naval Movement would carry the title "Our movement is facing a disgrace
