On Thursday, the Israeli Health Ministry announced that 1523 new cases of Coronavirus have been recorded.
This brought the number of active injuries in Israel to 11,751, including 267 in critical condition, and 2,883 deaths.
The Israeli Health Undersecretary expects that the first batches of vaccines against the virus will arrive in February.
