The Israeli occupation police and special forces on Thursday secured protection for more than 100 "Israelis" during their storming of the Al-Aqsa Mosque of holy Mosques in the occupied city of Jerusalem.


According to our correspondent, scores of settlers in the form of groups stormed the al-Aqsa "Bab al-Mughrabi", which has been under occupation control since 1967, and carried out provocative rounds in his quarters before exiting the "chain door."


According to the Islamic Waqf in Jerusalem, 117 settlers, including 69 Jewish students, stormed the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the morning, wandering around various parts of its courtyards, and receiving explanations of the alleged "temple".


She explained that two elements of the Israeli occupation police and a staff member had stormed the mosque as well, pointing out that the incursions were accompanied by attempts to perform the rites of Talmoudi at the extreme.


The Israeli occupation police imposed restrictions on the entry of worshipers from Jerusalem and the occupied Palestinian interior into the Al-Aqsa mosque, and their personal identities at their external gates until they were discharged.


Settlers and members of the Israeli occupation police have recently stepped up attacks and violations of the sanctity of the Al-Aqsa mosque, attacking its patrons and guarding, and removing dozens of them from the mosque for varying periods.
