Earlier yesterday, Adalah submitted a petition to the Supreme Court against the Ministry of Health to add the Arabic language to the green badge certificate (for those with the Corona vaccine or those recovering from the disease).
The petition submitted by the lawyer, a medal of honor, from the center, came after the ministry refused to direct the center to it with this request, under the pretext that the information contained in the green badge is for identification only and no problem of reading or understanding can be serious.
The letter stated that the lack of the Arabic language on the green badge, which has become one of the most important personal documents these days, harms Arab citizens, readers of the Arabic language only. The emblem may be subject to the restrictions that the green emblem exempts from, because there are those who could not read and authenticate the details.
