Netanyahu cancels his cabinet session Sunday because of annexation and sovereignty

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu decided today, Friday, to cancel the weekly session of his government next Sunday.

Netanyahu did not explain the reasons, but government sources attributed this for reasons related to his fear of holding the government session without his ability to issue a decision regarding the annexation and imposition of sovereignty over the Jordan Valley and West Bank settlements. According to the Yedioth Ahronoth website.

This is mainly due to the United States´ rejection of this step before the Israeli elections on March 2.
