The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced, on Thursday, 17 deaths, 1,704 new infections with Corona virus, and 2,291 patients recovered, after examining 5,879 samples.
In its report, the ministry said that 122 patients are in intensive care, 29 of whom are on artificial respirators.
It indicated that the rate of recovery from Corona virus in Palestine reached 82.5%, while the rate of active infections reached 16.6%, and the death rate was 0.9%.
Eight deaths were recorded in the West Bank (Tulkarm 1, the suburbs of Jerusalem 1, Bethlehem 2, Ramallah 2, Jenin 1, Tubas 1), and 9 deaths in the Gaza Strip.
It indicated that the new injuries were recorded as follows: Tulkarm (78), Salfit (42), Nablus (134), the suburbs of Jerusalem (62), Hebron (151), Qalqilya (24), Bethlehem (73), Ramallah (211), Jenin (95), Tubas (15), Jericho (13), Gaza Strip (806).
She added that the new cases of recovery were divided according to the following: Tulkarm (77), Salfit (46), Nablus (198), the suburbs of Jerusalem (358), Hebron (214), Qalqilya (48), Bethlehem ( 82), Ramallah (218). ), Jenin (341), Tubas (26), Jericho (18), and the Gaza Strip (665).
