Today, Friday, the Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced that 23 deaths, 822 new cases of Coronavirus, and 1,405 recoveries have been recorded during the past 24 hours.
Al-Kailah confirmed, during the daily epidemiological report in Palestine, that new deaths were recorded in the governorates: Tulkarm (1), Qalqilya (1), Nablus (2), Jericho (1), Ramallah (3), Bethlehem (2). Hebron (2), Jenin (3), Gaza Strip (8) deaths.
She said that new infections were recorded in the governorates as follows:
Tulkarm (46).
Qalqilya (20).
Salfit (17).
Nablus (63).
Tubas (11).
Suburbs of Jerusalem (15).
Jericho (6).
Ramallah (59).
Bethlehem (24).
Hebron (37).
Jenin (25).
Gaza Strip (499).
Pointing out that 4007 checks were performed.
Al-Keela added that the new cases of recovery were distributed in the governorates as follows:
Tulkarm (55).
Qalqilya (22).
Salfit (23).
Nablus (266).
Tubas (20).
Jericho (12).
Bethlehem (41).
Hebron (79).
Jenin (97).
Gaza Strip (790).
She explained that the rate of recovery from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 88.6%, while the rate of active infections reached 10.4%, and the death rate was 1.0% of all infections.
Al-Kaila pointed out that there are 105 patients in the intensive care rooms, including 25 patients on artificial respirators.
