The World Health Organization announced today, Monday, that the new Corona virus (Covid-19) has become a pandemic due to the continued spread of the virus worldwide.
"Now that the new Corona virus has taken a foothold in many countries, the threat of the epidemic has become very real," said the organization´s director-general, Tadros Adhanum Gebresos, at a press conference, but it would be the first epidemic in history to be controlled, he added.
