Farid Abu Athara, head of the education program at the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees, "UNRWA" in the Gaza Strip, confirmed on Sunday morning that the new academic year will start on the eighth of next month.
Abu Athara explained in a press statement to him that the working hours will be for the teaching and administrative bodies on the fifth of next August, before the students join them on the eighth of the same month.
He pointed out that there is a proposal to be studied by adopting 3 study periods in the event of the development of health conditions in the Gaza Strip.
He pointed out that, in light of the current stable and healthy situation, the study will remain according to the plan in force.
