The United Nations Children´s Fund (UNICEF) said on Sunday that more than 10 million children in Yemen need health care.
About 1.2 million children in Yemen need health care, including 5.2 million females, according to the official website of its Yemen office on Twitter.
On the occasion of World Health Day, which falls on 7 April each year, WHO stressed that the health aspect is right for every child.
Yemen suffers from a violent war for the fifth year in a row, leading to one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.
The ongoing war in Yemen between the internationally recognized government forces and the Houthis has had a negative impact on children, 80 percent of what need humanitarian assistance.
