Today, Saturday, May 6, 2023, two Palestinian youths were killed by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets during their raid on Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm.
And the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the arrival of two martyrs, shot by the occupation, at Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital, in addition to a stable injury in the extremities, as a result of the Israeli aggression on the city of Tulkarm.
The ministry indicated that "the martyrs of Tulkarem this morning are the two young men: Samer Salah Al-Shafei, 22, (wounded with bullets in the neck, chest, and abdomen), and Hamza Jamil Khreyoush, 22, (wounded with bullets in the chest, abdomen, and left foot."
Local sources confirmed that violent armed clashes broke out in the Nur Shams camp in Tulkarm, after the discovery of resistance fighters of an Israeli special force that infiltrated the camp.
It indicated that, following the clashes, the occupation forces pushed large military reinforcements into Noor Shams camp to save the Israeli special force that was under fire, before it withdrew from the camp, leaving a number of martyrs and injuries.
It reported that the occupation forces arrested the young man, Ibrahim Shalash, before withdrawing from Tulkarm camp.
In turn, the National Action Factions in Tulkarem declared a comprehensive strike to mourn the spirit of the two martyrs, Samer Al-Shafei and Hamza Khreyoush.
