Thousands of citizens in the city of Nablus, today, Thursday, mourned the body of the martyr Badr Sami Ribhi al-Masri (19 years old), who was killed at dawn during the clashes with the occupation forces in the vicinity of Joseph's Tomb.
An official and family farewell ceremony was held for the martyr in the courtyard of Rafidia Hospital, in the presence of the martyr’s family, relatives, and representatives of the various forces and activities. Then the mourners carried the body, which was wrapped in the Palestinian flag over the shoulders, and took it to Martyrs’ Square in the city center, where prayers were held for it before the burial was carried to the side. Those who preceded him were martyrs in the eastern cemetery.
The father of the martyr participated in carrying the casket, in a touching scene, and scenes of a touching family farewell to the martyr were recorded in the corridors and courtyards of the hospital.
During the funeral ceremonies, words glorifying the martyr and consoling his family were delivered, emphasizing the continuation of the struggle regardless of the sacrifices, while gunmen fired massively in the air in honor of the martyr.
