Thousands of citizens mourned in Balata refugee camp, this afternoon, Tuesday, the body of the martyr Imad Khaled Hashash (15 years), who was martyred at dawn by the Israeli occupation forces who stormed the camp to carry out a campaign of arrests.
The young Hashash was wounded by a live bullet, choosing his skull, while he was standing on the roof of his house, trying on his mobile phone to document a picture of the process of the occupation soldiers storming the neighborhood in which his family lives in the middle of the camp.
The director of ambulance and emergency at the Red Crescent in Nablus, Ahmed Jibril, said that the ambulance crews received the young Hashash while he was martyred with his brain outside his skull, and transferred him to Rafidia Governmental Hospital.
The funeral of the martyr, who wrapped the Palestinian flag, took place in front of Rafidia Hospital, with the participation of representatives of the national action factions, and the various institutions and activities of the governorate.
The martyr´s body was carried to his family´s house in the camp, carried on the shoulders, where his family gave him a last farewell look, and then mourners roamed the streets of the camp chanting slogans glorifying the martyr and denouncing the crimes of the occupation.
Then, prayers were held for the martyr in the Ebad al-Rahman mosque at the northern entrance to the camp, before he was buried in the new cemetery.
During the funeral ceremonies, eulogies were delivered, in which the speakers condemned the continuing crimes of the occupation against our Palestinian people, especially the cold-blooded killing of children, and emphasized national unity, peace and renunciation of internal differences.
