The Minister of Health, Mai Al-Kaila, announced today, Saturday, that 83 new cases of corona were recorded, and 137 cases of recovery, but no deaths, during the last 24 hours.
She explained that the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 98.2%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.7%, and the death rate was 1.1%, of the total infections.
Al-Kaila added that the new recoveries were distributed as follows: “Hebron 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 1, Gaza Strip 134.”
She pointed out that there are 5 patients in intensive care rooms, while 11 patients are being treated in Corona centers and departments in West Bank hospitals.
She stated that the total number of citizens who received vaccines against the Corona virus in the West Bank and Gaza Strip reached 516,068, including 371,787 who received the two doses of the vaccine.
