The US military has taken steps to limit the role of the Turkish Air Force in northeastern Syria, a US official told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa.
The official said that these steps include the exclusion of Turkey from the orders of air missions, which coordinate between the various forces in the air, and the lack of access to Turkey information on intelligence and surveillance and reconnaissance carried out by US forces fighting ISIS.
The move aims to close airspace to the Turkish Air Force.
