The Commission noted that the isolated prisoners are deprived of all their rights to life, such as going out to the Euphrates or visiting their families on a regular basis, or communicating with the outside world, in addition to holding them permanently inside dark, narrow cellars that smell of moisture.
The agency added that earlier this month, the administration of the camp deliberately provide rotten meals with an unpleasant smell, except for the current suffering of the cold, which disintegrates their bodies, and deprived of the management of the detainee from blankets and winter clothes and heating.
