The people of Deir Jarir continue their weekly peaceful rallies against the establishment of a settlement outpost

A peaceful march began today, Friday, from the center of the village of Deir Jarir, northeast of Ramallah, towards their lands threatened by settlement, where the people have continued their weekly marches for about two months, against the establishment of a settlement outpost in the Al-Shorfa area east of Deir Greer.

The head of Deir Jarir Village Council, Abdo Abd al-Jaber, told Al-Quds dot com: “Dozens of people participated in a march that started from the Martyr Yasser Arafat roundabout in the center of the village towards the Al-Shorfa area against the establishment of a settlement outpost established by a settler there. And the occupation and against the establishment of the settlement outpost, and they raised the Palestinian flags. "

Abdul Jaber emphasized that the people assured that they would continue their peaceful weekly march today, despite the weather conditions, until the settlement outpost was removed.

Abdel Jaber indicated that the occupation army was present at the outpost, and no confrontations broke out between it and the people.
