Today, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces threatened Palestinian farmers to raze their agricultural lands on the eastern borders of Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
A number of farmers said that the occupation forces, which invaded this morning in the lands of citizens east of Khan Yunis, put up banners calling on farmers to remove their crops from the areas they specified and considered that it was not permitted to cultivate in them.
And the occupation army wrote on the signs in Arabic and English, "O farmer, your agricultural crops have penetrated the permitted area for cultivation. If you do not transfer all your crops within a specified time limit, we will work to remove them."
The occupation forces incursed about twice a week to level agricultural lands, under the pretext of approaching the security fence.
The occupation forces intend to establish a buffer zone of about 300 from the fence from within the Gaza Strip, in order to monitor any movement there and target everyone approaching the border.
