The Israeli army has detained its photographer in the West Bank, Hisham Abu Shakra, west of Ramallah, and prevented him from filming an explosive device, the Anatolia news agency said on Friday.
Abu Shakra has been working for several years as a videographer for Anatolia in the West Bank.
An Israeli woman was killed and her father and brother were injured this morning after an explosive device exploded near the settlement of "Dolev".
