The Israeli public prosecutor in the southern region on Monday indicted a young man from the Gaza Strip on the grounds that he was a Hamas activist who was involved in the return marches at the border.

According to the indictment, a 23-year-old resident of Gaza City, Taher Matar, was charged with 13 counts. He has been a Hamas activist since 2009, has undergone military training at her military wing, participated in armed border patrols, worked in digging tunnels, actively guarded her entrances, and worked on storing weapons and containers.

According to the regulation, in May May 2018, during the border marches, he took part in the burning of tyres to block the vision of sniper soldiers to allow Hamas elements to approach the fence, infiltrated the border and threw an explosive device.

She claimed that during the month of October, he decided to carry out an attack from the "Order of martyrdom" by throwing grenades at an army force. In mid-November, three grenades and a knife were set up, marching towards the border, throwing unexploded bombs and trying to flee to Gaza, but the soldiers shot, wounded and arrested him.

The list includes that Matar has committed "serious crimes against the security of the State" through his membership in a "terrorist" organization, receiving military training, possessing weapons, providing means for the purposes of "terrorist" and participating in the acts of "Riot and attempted murder."
