The Israeli occupation Army (IDF) announced the arrest of 16 citizens from various parts of the West Bank early Wednesday, about half of them from the Tulkarm district.
According to our correspondent in Tulkarm, last night the Israeli occupation forces launched a massive campaign of arrests in the ranks of Hamas operatives in the province, after raiding and storming the city and its camp, the suburb of Zabal and the towns of Kafr al-Labi, Acre and Zeta. Among the detainees in Tulkarem, Ahmed is left, Adnan al-Hosary, Musab Adnan al-Husari, Ahmed Abu Jamous, Hassan Huidi, all from Tulkarm camp, as well as Hatem Fiqh, and Sam Hatem Fiqh from Kafr al-Labin.
The Tulkarm camp witnessed clashes and confrontations between youths and the occupying forces, which fired tear gas canisters.
A private Israeli force arrested on Tuesday evening, Wafik Abdel Karim Hussein, from Tulkarm camp, after he intercepted his car in the eastern street of Shukeh suburb.

In the southern West Bank city of Hebron, the sources said the occupation arrested Zeid Osama al-Rajabi from Hebron, Mutaz Abu Zned from the southern part and the child Maen Nayef al-Badawi from the Arroub camp in the north.
