The Israeli central court on Thursday accepted a petition from two journalists working for the newspaper "Yediot Aharonot" that the murder trial of the Dobabsha family should be public, not secret.
According to the Hebrew newspaper´s website, the court has partially accepted that the trial should be public, but Shabak investigators ´ testimonies will not be allowed to be public.
The site noted that the court today heard Shabak investigators confidentially after accusations by the families of the killers that their children confessed to the crime under torture, which is denied by the "Shabak ".
