The mini-ministerial Council, the "Capnetette", will meet on Sunday to discuss the proposal made by UN Mideast envoy Nikolai Miladonov, in coordination with Egypt to calm down in Gaza.

According to the Hebrew daily Haaretz, the proposal includes the lifting of restrictions on crossings and the expansion of the fishing area in exchange for the cessation of incendiary planes and border operations.

In the second phase, it was planned to conduct prisoner exchange negotiations and to return the bodies of soldiers in exchange for the payment of humanitarian projects financed by the State community.

A senior Israeli official said that if the deal did not materialize, another round of violence could explode.

According to the paper, the families of Israeli soldiers captured by Hamas will now demonstrate before the cabinet to protest any agreement that does not guarantee the return of their children or bodies.

Sources in the negotiations said the issue of the exchange deal will be speeded up at the end of the negotiations, and Israel has indicated its willingness and consent to large-scale rehabilitation of Gaza and the initiation of major infrastructure projects.
