Tech technicians warn WhatsApp users about a video scam

Technicians have warned users of the "WhatsApp" application of a fraudulent video message titled Martinelli , when it is opened the phone will be hacked and data stolen.

According to the English newspaper, "Mirror", the message appeared on the application since 2017, and it was first circulated in the Spanish language, before its translated version spread around the world, then returned to circulation again.

British engineers have issued a warning to their citizens against opening this type of message, exposing their phones to an irreparable breakthrough.

The engineers asked everyone who receives any of these links, especially "WhatsApp Gold" services, to report them with a letter to the British Center for Cybercrime.
