Russia expelled two Swedish diplomats after the Scandinavian state refused to grant Russian diplomats a visa, the Swedish Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
"Russia responded by asking two Swedish diplomats to leave Russia, and we regret it," a foreign ministry spokeswoman told AFP.
The decision comes two months after a technology worker was arrested and charged with spying for Russia on February 27 in Stockholm.
