Japan´s Suzuki Motors is to unveil its fourth-generation model, the Gemini, designed for off-road driving at the Tokyo International Motor Show, next week.
The test model of the Japanese truck carries the name "Gemini Sera Pickup Style" and seems to add about a foot to the backlight that was not in the truck, "Jimmy", with the smallest floor of a truck so far, according to the site, "Motor Trend," which specializes in automotive topics.
Although the usefulness of the new floor can be questioned, it has changed the box shape of the multi-purpose sports-utility truck (SUV) slightly. The Gemini Sera test model, which features a wider barrier to light bulbs, is based on the 1.4-liter four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 101 hp. This test model also contains wooden panels along the sides with a unique front grille and a light strip on the floor of the truck.
At the same time, Suzuki introduced an amendment to the GeminiSuV model in the name of the GeminiSurf test model. This multi-purpose sports-utility vehicle includes a folded outer cage and a sliding plate with a unique front-end collision barrier.
The site "Motor Trend" that the Japanese company intends to only introduce this new generation in the event of entering the stage of commercial production in the Japanese market only, with the decline in the possibility of put on the US market.
The Tokyo International Motor Show will be held from 11 to 13 January.
