Hebron _ Palestine News Network
A number of settlers on Friday set up tents in the Ibrahimi Square near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the old city of Hebron in the West Bank.
Tents were erected by settlers to protect Israeli occupying forces on the pretext of celebrating Jewish holidays, the official news agency said.
She added that settlers set up a fence and barbed wire for the square on Thursday, paving the way for its seizure, and that it became a place for the establishment of celebrations and events for the settlers.
Settlers continue to violate the rights of citizens in the West Bank and with the protection of the Israeli occupation army.
