Hebron - Ma´an - The settlers from the Gush Asioun settlement bloc on Sunday dumped approximately 20 dunums of agricultural land in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, with wastewater in the Wadi Ashkhit area, north of the town, planted with grapes.
Activist Mohamed Ayad Awad said that the agricultural lands belong to the families of Sabarna, Awad and Bahr, where citizens were surprised today by dumping their lands with wastewater and were unable to work in them and returned them to their homes.
Awad pointed out that settlers dump the wastewater every year at this time because of their proximity to the Gush Asiun settlement bloc, to facilitate their control over the land with these racist methods.
