Dozens of citizens on Tuesday took part in a protest staged by the national and Islamic forces in response to the US administration´s decision to stop funding for the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA).

He said the US House is affiliated with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), which is affiliated with its foreign ministry, which in turn has made a decision to stop the aid.
"The US decision means declaring a war in preparation for the dismantling of the UNRWA agency, with the aim of abolishing the right of return and removing it," Baker said, stressing that the Palestinian people and leadership are upholding the right of return in accordance with resolution 194, and will not accept bargaining and barter on our national rights guaranteed by international law.
The US position is an aggression against the Palestinian people, calling on all international institutions and the international community to shoulder their responsibilities in order to implement the resolutions of the international legitimacy that concern the Palestinian people in establishing their state and capital, he said.
