South Korean technology giant Samsung is developing a full-screen smartphone on the front of the device.
According to Yonhap, the new phone will be provided with front cameras and sensors under the screen, making the screen "fill the phone" fully.
"Although it will not be possible to create a full-screen smartphone over the next year or two, technology can, Moving forward to the point where the camera´s aperture will be invisible, while not affecting the camera function in any way."
The announcement comes just months after the launch of the Galaxy S10, the first smartphone to display the Infinity O screen, a screen that places the front camera in a hole in the main screen in the upper-left corner, along with other sensors.
Yang praised the Infinity O as a "milestone" for the company, but said Samsung was looking for more robust designs by moving the camera under the screen.
