The Palestinian Center for Development and Media freedoms (pchr) documented 48 attacks against media freedoms in the Palestinian territories during September last september, mostly by the Israeli occupation Army.
The human rights report issued on Monday showed a rise in the number of violations against media freedoms in Palestine over the past month compared to the previous month of August.
The centre monitored 39 Israeli assaults and accused Palestinian actors in the West Bank and Gaza Strip of committing a total of nine violations.
He noted that the month of August August recorded 46 violations, as was the case for July july.
In his statement, "mada " said, "the Israeli occupation committed most of the attacks against media freedoms during September, with a total of 39 attacks."
He noted that most of the attacks recorded over the past month, especially the Israeli attacks, have been concentrated in serious attacks on the lives of journalists and media freedoms.
According to the report, the number of Palestinian violations decreased very slightly from 11 in August month to 9 in September last september, three of which occurred in the Gaza Strip and six in the West Bank.
