A survey found that 54 percent of children between the ages of 6 and 7 in Germany use at least occasional smart phone.
The survey, which was published Tuesday, showed that the percentage is up to 75 percent in children as of the age of 10 years.
"It is not possible to separate smartphones from the real life of children and adolescents," said Achim Berg, head of the German Information Technology Association (BITCOM), today.
