Palestinian data, published by the center of Wadi Helou information, reported that August last August, during which he was martyred by Israeli occupying forces, and 118 others were arrested.

Several days later, work on the restoration of the road was resumed and decisions to remove the employees were cancelled following interventions by Jordanian government officials and the Islamic Waqf department.

Israeli police deported 20 Palestinians from the Al-Aqsa mosque in August past month, including 13 women, for periods ranging from 15 days to six months.

The Israeli police fired at the Palestinian youth Ahmed Mhamid after he tried to carry out a stabbing operation near a gate of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on August 7, he said.

He added that this was followed by the closure of the Al-Aqsa mosque in the face of worshippers, the blocking of Maghrib and Isha prayers, the beating of Palestinians by beatings and the forced closure of shops by shopkeepers.

The Jerusalem centre monitored the arrest of 118 Jerusalemites by Israeli forces, including 19 minors (under 18 years), 15 females and four children under 12 years of age.

During the past month, the occupation municipality´s mechanisms demolished 11 residential, commercial and agricultural facilities, as well as forcing Makdisi to demolish his own facility, under the pretext of unlicensed construction.

The mechanisms of the Israeli occupation municipality bulldozed and vandalized roads in the eastern area of the village of Issawiya (northeast of Jerusalem), which leads to the agricultural land of the citizens, with the area threatened with confiscation in favour of the project  "National Park ".
