The Ministry of Health announced two deaths in Gaza, and 160 new cases of Corona virus, for today, Sunday, after examining 4,392 samples in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
The ministry said that the new infections were distributed by 83 in the West Bank, “Tubas 7, Nablus 24, Jenin 13, Qalqilya 2, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 22, Tulkarm 6, Jerusalem suburbs 2, Bethlehem 4, Salfit 1, Hebron 2” and 77 in the Gaza Strip. It indicated the recovery of 38 patients.
The total number of vaccinated citizens in the West Bank reached 498,397, and in the Gaza Strip 110,443, with a total number of 608,840, of whom 423,549 received both doses of the vaccine.
According to the data of the Ministry of Health, the recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine reached 98.4%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.5%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections.
