Online courses in Palestine to learn Japanese language and culture

The Ambassador of Japan to Palestine Masayuki Maguchi announced the launch of a series of training courses for the first time to teach the Japanese language in Palestine.

Maguchi explained that this activity comes as a continuation of the cultural activities of the Japanese Representative Office in Palestine, which focus on spreading Japanese culture and strengthening the relationship between the Japanese and Palestinian peoples.

This project is implemented and supported by the Japan Foundation and the Japanese representative office in Palestine, in cooperation with the Japanese cultural clubs at An-Najah National University and the Arab American University.

The educational courses are based on the distance learning system, as all Japanese language lecturers are based in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as one of the main headquarters of the Japan Foundation.

This is the first online course of its kind to be based on the Minato Japanese language learning website
