The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced, this morning, Thursday, that it had recorded a death and 124 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated in its daily report that the death of citizen Ramadan Musa Ali Shabat (81 years), a resident of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip, was suffering from cancer and liver disease.
He indicated that 127 new recoveries from the virus were recorded.
It stated that the central laboratory examined 1,881 new samples during the same period.
The total number of people infected with the virus in the Gaza Strip since last March reached 5,079, including 1930 active cases, 3,120 recoveries, and 29 deaths.
