Israeli Occupation Authorities Force Jerusalemite Family to Self-Demolish Part of Their Home
On Thursday, Israeli occupation authorities compelled a family from the town of Beit Hanina, north of the occupied city of Jerusalem, to self-demolish a portion of their home.
According to local sources, the Jerusalemite family had added a 45-square-meter extension to their house for their daughter Najla Shahin and her children. The occupation authorities forced them to demolish this section in order to avoid the hefty fines they would have to pay if the occupation authorities carried out the demolition.
