Occupation arrests 12 Palestinians from the West Bank

The Israeli occupation army arrested at least 13 citizens of Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Palestinian interior, at dawn today, Thursday.

According to the “Al-Quds” correspondent, the occupation arrested the former prisoner, Professor Maher Abed, from the town of Kafrdan, west of Jenin, knowing that he was released last July, after a full year in administrative detention.

The occupation soldiers also arrested Ghassan al-Atrash from Jenin, and the special units kidnapped the young man,
Iyad Kamal al-Tubasi, from his house near al-Madina refugee camp, while storming them to make arrests. The confrontations resulted in the injury of 6 young men.

The arrests included Mustafa Gwanmeh, Salam al-Tirawi and Alaa Zaid from al-Jalazun camp north of Ramallah, as well as Mahmoud Muslim from Deir Abu Mishaal village in the west.

Muhammad Ali al-Ghoul, Ibrahim Ismail al-Ghoul from Jerusalem, and Sheikh Yusef al-Baz from Lydda were also arrested.

The arrests also included Tariq Aghrib from Tarqumiya, west of Hebron, and Badr Al-Amour from Yatta.
