Today, Saturday, the epidemiological report of the Palestinian Ministry of Health did not contain any deaths from the Corona virus, while 136 new infections were recorded in the West Bank and Gaza, after examining 2699 samples.
In its report, the Ministry of Health said that 44 injuries were recorded in the West Bank “Tubas 7, Bethlehem 6, Jericho and the Jordan Valley 1, Tulkarm 5, Jenin 7, Ramallah and Al-Bireh 9, Jerusalem suburbs 1, Nablus 8” and 92 in the Gaza Strip.
It indicated that 11 patients in intensive care, and 2 patients on ventilators, are among the 18 being treated in hospitals and Corona centers in the West Bank.
The recovery rate from the Corona virus in Palestine was 98.4%, while the percentage of active infections was 0.5%, and the death rate was 1.1% of the total infections.
The total number of vaccinated citizens reached 608,155, including 423,340 who received the two doses of the vaccine, distributed as 498,020 in the West Bank and 110,135 in Gaza.
