Musk: Twitter may charge a fee for commercial and government use

It is expected that the Twitter site for tweets will require fees from commercial and government use during the coming period, according to billionaire Elon Musk, who recently acquired the site.

"Twitter will remain free for ordinary users, while it may charge a small fee for commercial and government use," Musk confirmed in a tweet.

It is reported that Musk had previously talked about a set of changes to Twitter, improving the platform and adding new elements.

The American newspaper, "The Wall Street Journal", quoted informed sources, confirming that "Elon Musk plans to make Twitter a public company again within three years of his purchase of the social networking company."

The same sources indicated, "Musk told potential investors that he plans to organize an initial public offering to return Twitter to the public markets."
