Large crowds attended today, Friday, the body of the martyr Ahmed Mustafa Saleh (26 years old), who was killed as a result of being shot by the occupation east of the town of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, yesterday evening, Thursday.
The funeral procession set off from the Indonesian Hospital towards his family´s home to take a last look at him, before prayers were performed over his body in the Caliphs Mosque, and he was buried in the Beit Lahia cemetery.
The participants in the funeral raised the Palestinian flag, and the banners of the various factions, while chanting slogans calling for the resistance to respond to the crimes of the occupation and to protect the demonstrators on the border and those who demanded the breaking of the siege on the Gaza Strip.
A child and two young men have been martyred since the resumption of border marches and “night confusion” activities on the Gaza Strip borders, since the twenty-first of last August.
