Mass arrests in the West Bank and Jerusalem

The Israeli occupation forces have launched a wide-scale campaign of arrests in various parts of the West Bank and Jerusalem.

Local sources said that the Israeli occupation forces arrested five citizens from the village of Lubban al-Sharqiya, south of Nablus. They were Mahmoud Abdel Nasser Nubani, Mahmoud Marwan Darghmeh, Mahdi Abdel Karim Daraghmeh, Othman Hamed Awaisa and Braa Muhannad Aweys.

Three young men were also arrested from the town of Beit Fajjar, south of Bethlehem. They were identified as: Jawad Mahmoud Tqaqqa and Ra´id Muhammad Tqaqqa.

The released prisoner, Ali Isma´il al-Batat, 21, was also arrested from his house on Al-Saf Street in Bethlehem.

Israeli occupation forces arrested Abdel Mahdi Mahmoud Zaidat, 28, from his home in the town of Bani Na´im, east of Hebron. And the liberated prisoner Anan Khader Suleiman from his home in the village of Beit Ur al-Tahta west of Ramallah.

And from Jerusalem, the child has been arrested Ahmed Nasser´s enemy (15 years) after breaking into his family´s home in the Kalandia refugee camp north of the city, and the young Mahmoud Saadi rugby, after raiding and searching his house in the village of Issawiya in Jerusalem.

From Jericho, Montasser Salama was arrested.

Islam al-Qunia, Ahmad al-Jabali and Osama al-Beshr were also arrested.
