A mass rally was launched in Hebron on Tuesday, as part of the Palestinian day of anger, to reject the US administration´s decisions in favor of settlement in the Palestinian territories and to support the prisoners.
The march, which was launched in front of the Church of the Maskubiyya, was attended by the Governor of Hebron, Major General Jibril al-Bakri, representatives of the national forces, clans, civil and official institutions and a crowd of citizens.
Participants waved Palestinian flags and banners condemning the US administration´s decisions and the settlers´ attacks in Hebron and the Palestinian territories.
After the march reached the checkpoint at the entrance of Al-Shuhada Street, clashes erupted with Israeli soldiers, during which two citizens were injured by rubber bullets.
