Opened in Tokyo´s vibrant Shinjuku district, a strange restaurant serves the last dishes in the lives of criminals before they are executed.
The restaurant, which opened in the building of a previous library, was named "Ninjin " which means human. The list of dishes in this exotic restaurant contains a range of meals ordered by dangerous American criminals on death row before they are executed.
Exotic dishes are included in the list in a specific chronological order from oldest to newest. The first dish on the list is the last applied in his life, the criminal Gary Mark Gilmore, in 1977, convicted of murders and armed robberies. The dish consists of a hamburger sandwich, mashed potatoes, boiled egg and 3 cups of Jack Daniels whiskey.
The criminal dish, Judias Buenano, nicknamed "Black Widow ", who killed her husband, son and lover in the 1980s, ordered her last meal of healthy food only: broccoli, asparagus, strawberries and cherry tomatoes.
The offender John Wayne Jassi, who raped and killed 33 young victims, is a fan of fast food: Kentucky Chicken, French fries, fried shrimp and strawberries, executed in 1994 and was 52 years old.
