The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, today, Tuesday, June 9, 2020, announced that the Japanese government will provide $ 5,696,101 support to combat the Corona Virus in Palestine.
In its statement, the ministry stated that the Japanese government approved new support worth 5,410,206 dollars, noting that 2,500,200 dollars will be provided through the United Nations Service Projects Organization, in addition to 2,910,006 dollars that will be provided by the United Nations Children´s Fund (UNICEF).
She indicated that the value of the total financial support provided by the Japanese government to Palestine to combat the Corona Virus is 11,106,307 dollars, valuing Japan´s role as emperor, government and people to support the Palestinian people.
In another context, the specialized team of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the State of Palestine to China reported that a specialized Chinese medical delegation arriving in the State of Palestine aboard a private Chinese plane loaded with various medical assistance, on a visit that runs from 10-17 June.
He added that this visit comes within the framework of the continued cooperation between the State of Palestine and the People´s Republic of China, to strengthen joint mechanisms between Palestinian and Chinese medical institutions, and to provide medical support and assistance in combating the "Corona" virus.
