Israeli occupation forces arrested eight Palestinians from the West Bank on Sunday, while clashes erupted in Nablus and Qalqiliya.
According to local sources, the Israeli occupation forces arrested seven citizens from Al-Isawiya east of Jerusalem, and arrested Ahmed Maher Khamis (16 years) from Bethlehem.
The clashes broke out in the town of Sebastia west of Nablus amid the heavy firing of live bullets and rubber, after the Israeli occupation forces stormed the town yesterday afternoon and threatened to bulldoz the "courtyard" intended to be rehabilitated as a tourist project near the archaeological site in the town.
They also stormed the town of Azzun east of Qalqiliya, after three settlers were injured in an attack on their vehicle.
The occupation claimed to have found weapons in Tulkarem.
